Camp OOO is a real summer camp for the women building the business and the women helping run it. 4 days of campfires, ridiculous competitions and actual play, 15 minutes from downtown Nashville.

Running a business is all fun and games until it's not.

For years, the business was my whole personality. My hobbies were being an entrepreneur and being a small business owner. Even after I hired help, I'd delegate something and fill the space right back up with more work.

In 2017 I traveled to Africa with the nonprofit I serve on the board for. The entrepreneurs I met there were so much lighter than I was. They made art, played futbol and danced in the street. Their business was something they did. It wasn't all of who they were.

I came home and started playing again. I took naps, went kayaking and bought a karaoke machine for my office. The business got better because I finally had room to think.

Camp OOO is that, for a few days, with women who get it.

Where is camp?

YMCA Camp Widjiwagan in Nashville, TN. It's 15 minutes from downtown and about 20 minutes from the airport.

Who is camp for?

Female founders and the women who help them run the business, like team leads, operators and right hands. Any industry, any business model.

I'm not very outdoorsy. Should I still come?

Yes. No extreme sports are required, and you choose what you try. You do need to be up for having fun and stepping a little outside your comfort zone. If bunk life for a few nights is a hard no, camp probably isn't your thing.

Can I bring someone from my team?

Please do. Camp was built for founders and the women who help run the business. Each camper needs her own ticket.

What does my ticket include?

Your cabin, all meals and snacks, and every camp activity. Travel to Nashville isn't included.

What if I have dietary needs?

Tell us when you register and we'll work with the camp kitchen.

What if I can't stay all 4 days?

We'd love you there the whole time. If you need to arrive late or leave early, that's okay, but the ticket price stays the same.
